About The Event
In this workshop, we'll cover: Making herbal infusions with fresh/dry herbs and hot/cold water Making herbal decoctions Making custom tea blends Tea strength for pleasure and therapeutic dosage Selecting herbs for quality, therapeutic benefit, and pleasure Using our senses to enhance our experience making and enjoying tea Sourcing and drying herbs
We will sample various teas and preparations in class together, and each participant will have the opportunity to craft a custom tea blend to take home. Bonnie will also have additional bulk dried herbs and hopefully some live plants available for purchase. This class will be conversational and collaborative, so come spend a lovely afternoon with other lovely people in our community!
